Leg of duck cooked the Kleftiko way, served with potatoes roasted in the duck fat with garlic
Fun fact: The confit is prepared in a centuries-old process of preservation that consists of salt curing a piece of meat and then cooking it in its own fat!
✔ Duck was tender
✔ Potatoes had a nice colour to them. If you like garlic, you will love these
✔ Complimentary bread served with garlic butter
✔ The owners are very friendly, greet every table and try to ensure everything is to the customer's liking
