Red Velvet Cheesecake at Cliff Bar (Grecian Park Hotel), Ayia Napa

✔ Cream cheese was rich and flavourful
✔ Pieces of the red velvet sponge were incorporated in the cream cheese. We quite liked it as it made the transition between layers smooth
✔ Majestic view of Cape Greco
✔ Super friendly and pleasant waitress

✘ The red velvet sponge at the bottom was blunt. The layer was also very thin.

Tasting each element separately was not something special, however combined they complimented each other well.

• Will we be reordering the dish? Opinions at foodlogger are divided. We would probably prefer trying other desserts from their menu first, in order to have a more well-rounded view.
