Pork Shank at To Kypriakon, Limassol
Served with a sweet potato puree and vegetables
- The meat was very tender, melting on the spoon, well-seasoned
- Sweet potato puree was smooth and tasty, could use a pinch more salt
- Carrots were a bit undercooked
- Complimentary pitta bread was served with a side of olives. Some butter/dips with it would be nice
- Amazing views of Limassol's old port, in a traditional environment with modern twists
- Very good service
