Six-course tasting menu at Vivaldi by Marvommatis, Four Seasons, Limassol

Part 2 of our six-course dinner!

Risotto with artichokes, peas and kefalotyri cheese
Pan-roasted Corvina fish, fennel confit, salicornia and bouillabaisse with lemongrass
Tiramisu 'Vivaldi Style' - their twist on the classic dessert

  • Risotto was cooked on point, quite creamy and with amazing flavours
  • The fish was juicy, skin was crispy and the sides paired well
  • Tiramisu was yummy! Coffee and cocoa flavour really came through
  • It is safe to say that all the dishes on the menu were delicious. Our personal favourites are the veal and the risotto!
