Six-course tasting menu at Vivaldi by Marvommatis, Four Seasons, Limassol
We'll be presenting our experience of the 6-course dinner in two posts - today we will share with you 2 starters and 1 main:
Tomato Carpaccio with burrata, yellow tomato dressing, taggiasche olives and oregano
Green Pea Soup, served cold with fetta and manouri cheese mousse and lemongrass
Veal from Limousin, celeriac, 'kalathaki' Limnou cheese with capers and morels and veal juice
- Tomato carpaccio was refreshing, excellently paired with burrata
- Soup was smooth and delicious
- Veal was cooked on point (asked for a medium cook), very tender
- Overall all dishes were super tasty!
- Service was exceptional
- Romantic atmosphere with beach and pool view
