All-You-Can-Eat rules: you order 2 or 3 plates (depending on number of people). You need to finish the plates before ordering the next ones
✔ On average, it took less than 4 minutes between the time we ordered and the time the sushi arrived
✔ A waitress attended our table as soon as (or even before) we were ready to order the next round
✘ Not a buffet, so only 8 selections of uramaki rolls (no sashimi/maki/nigiri)
✔ Fried elements were fresh
✔ Interactive tables : the tables are screens, so you can order form them (on a regular service), change the background image, even take a peak in the kitchen through the camera!
✘ Spicy tuna was spicy just for the sake of being spicy, i.e. due to the spices it had on top, so the spiciness was not incorporated within the sushi
- Quite a lot of ''fried'' dishes (volcano, crispy kani, spicy crunch) so these dishes were the ''heaviest''
- If you are not a fan of mayo in sushi, this is not for you (however, it was not overwhelming!)
