Pork Crispy Granola Fillet at Aelia Wellness Retreat, Analiontas, Nicosia

Pork fillet coated with granola cereals crust, red wine "jelly" cubes served with smoked aubergine salad and cake risotto.

✔ The pork was tender
✔ Very innovative idea of making the red wine sauce into jelly cube - paired with the aubergine and the pork, it gave a nice "kick" to the dish
✔ We love the granola crust on the pork!
✔ Complimentary warm bread served as starter, with olives, hummus and beetroot dips. The dips were delicious!
✔ Very polite staff
✔ Relaxing environment: turquoise colours with white and wood, with boho elements create a unique atmosphere. A band was also performing live, relaxing songs.
