Mushroom Tartufo and Eggs Florentine at Do Wine and Dine, Limassol

✔ Runny eggs - cook was on point, the best cook on eggs we've had so far
✔ Toasted bun
✔ Hollandaise sauce was rich and smooth
✔ Modern interior, as well as available sitting on the terrace

Comparison:
✔ Mushrooms were cooked in truffle oil and thus tasted amazing. They complemented the dish very well
✔ Spinach was not overcooked

Between the two, we preferred the mushroom tartufo

✘ We arrived at peak hour so waited for a long time for food to be served
✘ Rather small portion. One big bun instead of 2 muffins so overall quantity was less.


  • Will we be reordering?  Definitely going back for the mushroom tartufo - the best eggs benedict we've tried to date. The mushrooms cooked with truffle oil make the dish unique. Definitely worth a try, if you don't mind paying a bit more for quality (but small quantity).
