Duck a l'orange au safran, at Artima Bistrot, Limassol

Fillet of duck sous-vide, orange saffron jus & pink peppercorn, sweet potato puree and vegetables.

✔ Duck was tasty and went well with the sweetness of the sauce.
✔ Carrot puree was smooth and silky, with a buttery taste (but not too buttery)
✔ Good seasoning on the veggies
✔ Complimentary soup of the day was a vegetable soup. Smooth texture, delicious taste. One of our favourite soups so far. 
✔ The bread was very soft
✔ As always, excellent service

✘ Would like a bit more orange in the sauce, as its taste was not as strong as expected


  • Will we be reordering? Yes! Although next time we'll be ordering as medium. We ordered as medium-well, therefore the duck was not as juicy (our mistake!). A medium cook should be okay, though.
