Pork Shank at Muse Cafe, Paphos

Pork Shank slowly cooked in black beer, served with polenta, vegetables and a honey rosemary sauce.

✔ Pork shank was tender
✔ Well seasoned. You could taste the spices in the meat
✔ Sauce was very tasty and complicated well the polenta
✔ Vegetables were nicely cooked, not overdone
✔ Amazing views of Paphos!

✘ Polenta was not very creamy and the taste needed to be more elevated. When coupled with the sauce, it was okay.

• Will we be reordering? Yes, although we'd prefer a simple sweet potato mash instead of polenta.
