Vegan Pancake Stack at Meraki Market Cafe, Chloraka, Pafos
Pancakes topped with berries, bananas, caramelised apples, nuts and maple syrup.
✔ Thick layers (american style)
✔ Banana and apple slices in between layers
✔ Friendly staff
✔ Taste wise, we couldn't really tell they didn't contain eggs and buttermilk!
✔ One of the cutest cafes we ever visited! You can catch a glimpse of sea view as well
The Cafe also has a small shop with plastic-free goodies :)
✘ Some vegan yogurt (from soy/coconut milk) could be used to help balance the sweetness of the fruit and the syrup
✘ Small portion, especially if you are really hungry!
- Will we be reordering? Sure, as long as we are not starving hehe 😏
