Cipriota Bruschetta Pizza with mozzarella, hallumi, tomato and spearmint leaves at La Boca, Limassol

To celebrate the Week of Italian Cuisine (19-25 November 2018), we visited La Boca, to try their specials for the week!

✔ Dough was freshly baked and super-soft
✔ The overall combo of mozzarella, hallumi and tomato was delish. Using mozzarella made the dish not too salty
✔ Spearmint offered some freshness to the dish, balancing out the saltiness of the pizza
✔ Dish was prepared quickly

✘ Tomato needed a bit more toasting

It is a self-service restaurant, i.e. you place your order to the chef directly and when the food is ready, a buzzer lets you know so that you can collect it.

  • Will we be reordering? Definitely! Although we are not sure whether this dish will be added to the menu or whether it was a one-off.
