Pizza Carbonara at La Boca, Limassol
We continue our celebration of the Week of Italian Cuisine (19-25 November 2018) with another special from La Boca!
✔ Dough was freshly baked
✔ Really liked the idea of adding egg on pizza!
✔ Dish was prepared quickly
✘ Egg was overcooked :(
✘ Lack of veggies/other source of freshness resulted in saltier pizza (than preferable)
It is a self-service restaurant, i.e. you place your order to the chef directly and when the food is ready, a buzzer lets you know so that you can collect it.
- Will we be reordering? The dish would have been tastier, had the yolk been runny and able to be spread across the pizza. Tough decision!
