Eggs Royale at Boho Restobar, Limassol
New arrival in town, so we had to check it out!
Eggs Royale (Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon) and salad with vinaigrette.
✔ Runny eggs - cook was on point!
✔ Generous amount of smoked salmon
✔ Muffin was fresh and toasted
✔ Vinaigrette on the salad was delicious
✔ Very good service
✔ Located in the heart of the old town, the place is a cute, bohemian style open area restobar with a water fountain.
✘ Although the hollandaise was overall tasty, it tasted more eggy that usual. Maybe it needed some more butter.
- Will we be reordering? One of the best Eggs Royale we've tasted so far in Cyprus. The dish has made it into our Top Picks. We'll definitely be returning for more!
