American Pancakes with Mascarpone, raspberries and maple syrup at Boho Restobar, Limassol
✔ Pancakes were fluffy
✔ Pancakes were thick (as American pancakes should really be like!)
✔ Generous amount of mascarpone and rasberries, added within layers as well
✔ The bitterness of the raspberries balances the sweetness of the mascarpone
✔ Very good service
✔ Located in the heart of the old town, the place is a cute, bohemian style open area restobar with a water fountain.
✘ Nothing negative to say really. The only possible improvement could be the presentation of the dish.
- Will we be reordering? A very filling and tasty dish! We'll be returning back for more and we'll be trying their other pancakes as well.
