Beef patty, smoked pancetta, herb omelette, caramelised onion, red leicester, rucola, roasted tomato, pickles, in a brioche bun.
✔ The patty (meat) is currently our favourite on the island. Thick patty, delicious, good seasoning and very juicy
✔ We love brioche!

✔ Cool environment - located in the heart of Pafos, in a hidden spot near Agora. Rock music playing in the background,
✘ The usual observation in Cyprus: overcooked meat (ordered as medium, but were more towards well-done)
✘ The buns could use some more toasting
