JW Baby Back Ribs at Draught Microbrewery, Limassol
Pork baby back ribs, marinated in Johny Walker BBQ sauce, vegetables and fries. We switched the fries for mashed potatoes.
✔ Meat was very tender and it was sliding off the bone very easily
✔ Good cook on the veggies, well seasoned
✔ Very smooth texture of mash
✔ Good service
✔ Nice environment - located in the heart of Limassol, by the Medieval Castle. The place has an elevated ''pub'' vibe, while there are many screens on which you can watch football matches.
✘ Sometimes there is just too much sauce on the ribs. It's better to have less sauce on the ribs with the option to put more depending on your preference!
