Last week we had the pleasure of attending Barrafino's tasting dinner, comprising of their new summer dishes! The tasting menu consisted of the following dishes:
- Mediterranean dips with pitta bread and kefalotiri cheese
- Beetroot salad with spinach, orange, walnuts and citrus vinaigrette
- Greek salad with cherry tomatoes and feta cream
- Asparagus ravioli with parmesan sauce
- Salmon tataki with wakame salad
- Tuna fillet with mango coulis
- Rib eye steak tagliata with potatoes
- Tiramisu
- Creme brûlée with ginger
- Panettone in syrup with mastic ice-cream and cherry sauce
