Eggs Benedict at Suite 48, Paphos
✔ Runny eggs
✔ Toasted bacon
✔ The most amazing view: a lounge cafe-bar by the beach, with the option to seat on the terrace or on the grassy area. View of Paphos' superb coast.
✔ Given the size of the outdoor area (huge), service was very quick
✘ Hollandaise sauce was clearly "broken"
✘ Muffins were not toasted
We ordered close to the end of breakfast service, which might explain the above.
- Will we be reordering? This is one of the most relaxing places to visit in Paphos, so although the dishes we have tried so far had some disappointing elements, we will be returning to try other dishes on the menu.
Bacon does not look appealing to me...
